Before customizing the food packaging bag, the manufacturer needs to locate the product packaging style and the information to be expressed, determine the bag specification, material, thickness, bag type and art work, and design and make the packaging bag draft according to these data.

Plate making & Sample production. After the drawings are approved, professional technicians are required to separate the patterns and repair some unclear places. Mail the sample to the customer, and the customer reviews the sample and confirms that it meets the customer's requirements and expectations.

Printing. After the raw materials are prepared, use a high-speed printing machine to print the surface film.

Composite curing bag making. The printed surface film and the inner film easy to be heat sealed are compounded with a special high-speed peritoneal machine with special glue; After compounding, it needs to be cured for more than 24 hours in the curing room above 45 degrees, so that the food packaging bags are not easy to delaminate; At this time, the production of food packaging bags has come to an end. Bag making technicians need to have certain skills to ensure that the edges of color printing packaging bags are sealed well without air leakage, and the temperature control of the ironing knife is technical.
